"Chavez in '08!" Shouts Rudy, enthusiastically waving around his "viva la revolucion" picket sign on the steps of the Orem capital building this morning. "He is the man with the plan. My friend in the end. He is good for America in the long run." Rudy says.

In the interest of full disclosure, we should point out that Rudy has previously endorsed the following: Corky in 2004, Wesley WIllis in 2000, Raul Castro in 1996, and Roger Clinton in 1992.
