Brian, if you are still in Arizona, you must go any buy some of this stuff! I bought a bunch at the Trader Joes in Vegas, and wish I would have bought a whole case. It is amazing! Fantastic taste and clocks in at 9% ABV - a good time will be had by all.

According to the bottle, it is like a Champagne in that there is a second fermentation process in the bottle. It gets more complex over time unlike standard beers.
