I smell a lawsuit......
Update **** (AP) Aqua has settled out of court with Ub3rs0n1k Inc for an undisclosed amount. "It was the fans who came to us and demanded we do something about this" The CEO of Ub3rs0n1k Inc said afterwards before speeding away on his Jazzy. Aqua could not be reached for comment.
